Happy Shark Week!

It's Shark Week, so it feels like the perfect time to share one of the most unforgettable experiences I've ever had.

Just last week, while visiting the North Shore of O'ahu, I had the opportunity to free dive with tiger sharks.

The question I've been asked the most is, "Weren't you scared?"

Honestly, no.

I had a healthy respect for the sharks, but I also had complete confidence in the experienced professionals at One Ocean Diving guiding us. They understood shark behavior, knew how to prepare us, and made sure we approached the experience with knowledge rather than fear.

That got me thinking about business.

The most successful companies don't become great by assuming they already know everything. They continue to learn, seek expert advice, and look for opportunities to improve, even when they're already thriving.
