Mentoring the Next Generation of Entrepreneurs

I recently had the opportunity to once again mentor a group of business students in the Washington State University Vancouver Business Growth MAP Program.

This is something I look forward to every spring: spending time with future entrepreneurs stepping into real-world business challenges.

This year’s team was exceptional. The project Tony Johnson and I worked on with them was both engaging and rewarding, and the level of thinking they brought to the table stood out.

Last week, they presented three key recommendations to the client’s ownership team, and they absolutely delivered.

Smart. Prepared. Confident.

Great work, team! Excited to see where you all go next.
